Convenient Location 🌴

This place is super close to shops, restaurants, and a cool market with lots of options. Plus, there's a great beach nearby. You can also walk to Kimsha Beach in just 20 minutes.

The room has a separate bedroom and comes with a microwave, coffee/tea making equipment, and a refrigerator.

This is surely the best hip new hotel, especially helpful staff, huge rooms. The location is nice and excellent, right on the ocean. There's cool Gigi's relatively near the venue, make desserts etc. No reason to complain, I would go back in flash.

Room had an incredible view! 🌅

The location was perfect, with a stunning view of the Caribbean Sea. The housekeeper, Cheri, went above and beyond with her exceptional knowledge of the area and recommendations for things to do. The cleanliness of the property was outstanding, and the staff, including Jackie and Angela, were attentive and friendly. We felt welcomed and taken care of throughout our stay. The kitchen in our apartment was well-equipped, and having a ground-floor unit allowed us easy access to the beach. we were thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend the Horny Toad Guest House for a relaxing getaway.

While the balcony was shared by four units, which reduced privacy, it was a minor drawback. Additionally, the bathroom could have been more convenient with a light switch at the door.

The accommodation boasts an unbeatable location! Easily accessible from the airport and steps away from a beautiful quiet beach. Guests are treated to an amazing view from several rooms. Some rooms feature a functional kitchen, an outdoor BBQ area and ample room for lounging. The standard of service is fantastic, with Debbie and Doug treating guests like their own family.

A minor quibble may be the older, less modern decor common with its style, though adds to the ambiance.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The value for money was unbeatable, especially considering the breathtaking view from my room. Waking up to the sound of waves crashing just a few meters away was pure bliss. The staff, particularly Debbie and Doug, were fantastic hosts who made me feel right at home. I also loved the convenient location, with plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and shops nearby. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations!

The hotel is located right on the beach, with stunning views from the balcony. The staff is very helpful and friendly, providing excellent service, and the rooms are well-equipped with everything you need. It is also conveniently located close to restaurants and supermarkets. As mentioned in one review, their dog Margarita is such a sweetheart and adds to the welcoming atmosphere.

We loved our stay at this beachfront hotel. The location is perfect, with many restaurants within walking distance on the beach, and it is close to Simpson Bay town center. The hotel facilities were great, with 8 large rooms directly on the beach. The view from our room was amazing, and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the cleanliness of the rooms and the convenience of parking on the premises.
